There are periods in life when days become a slideshow. Too fast to keep up. Too many to process. Rattle-rattle-click, rattle-click, click-click. The air tastes of dust roasted on the lamp of the projector, and—instead of pictures—all you see is the creamy white rectangle of light on the wall, spotted in the middle, blurred on the edges, corners falling off into chromatic aberrations.

When it becomes like that, slow down. Pause, even if only for one frame. Take it in.
